Parkview Property Ltd

Fantastic experience: First class company. Dealt with Janice for several years now, she goes above and beyond to help her client's and would not go anywhere else, professional throughout and highly recommend this company if you are looking to buy, sell or rent a home.

Negative experience: I called to view a property and was told they would organise it and call me back. No phone call back so I rang up, sent a email with no answer for two days. Worst correspondence I’ve ever come across. I was then told the property had already been let and when I asked why that wasn’t mentioned when I called the first time I was then told very rudely by the letting agent that I hadn’t called them, I’m rude and that they will never let a property to me. I asked a simple question and was made to feel like I had done something so wrong. The reality is this woman is incompetent, disrespectful, rude and clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. I wouldn’t want to rent from a company like this. If I could give less than one star I would.

Fantastic experience: Excellent company run by a wonderful professional lady Janice malloy thank you so much for all your help frances munro and family

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with this estate agent and felt well looked after throughout the process. I travelled from Lancaster to view one property and they were very helpful in arranging for me to view a number of additional properties so that I could make the most of the long journey. Since then, Janice has kept in regular contact, consistently suggesting a range of properties. Overall, the service has been excellent, professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: A trusted company with top integrity and compassionate readiness to give customers adequate help and cooperation. Any statement from Parkview Property Limited is as good as money in the bank. Great handshake since 2023.

Fantastic experience: Parkview property is a fantastic company with a robust support system.. Working with Janice is a plus either as a landlord or tenant, she is very professional, empathetic and simply makes all your dreams come true.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Jan Malloy at Parkview Property Limited, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. After contacting around 20 letting agents across Ayrshire to help with a lender requirement - specifically completing a holiday buy-to-let declaration form - I had no success at all. Jan was the only person willing to step in and assist. From the very first phone call, she was pleasant, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. She asked me to send over the form with as much detail as possible, reviewed it promptly, and came back to me almost immediately with a very reasonable quote. Given how long I had been trying to get this sorted, the cost was more than fair and absolutely worth it. What really stood out was her efficiency and communication. Jan completed the form quickly, kept me updated throughout, and returned everything without delay. She was incredibly responsive, easy to deal with, and genuinely supportive - she even took the time to wish us success, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so willing to help, especially when others wouldn’t, and Jan’s professionalism and expertise made the entire process stress - free. I would highly recommend Jan Malloy to anyone needing a knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive estate or letting agent. Wishing her continued success - she truly deserves it.

Fantastic experience: Janice Malloy was absolutely amazing to deal with very friendly and professional

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of dealing with Janice, I found her to be helpful and professional, her personal touch was fantastic and her fees were very competitive. Would definitely recommend her company.

Negative experience: Booked a viewing of an apartment at Turnberry on the ground floor being registered Disabled and can't do stairs the reason for moving. So to get there and be told it's on First Floor my husband and I were so annoyed after travelling two and half hours from Carlisle. With both of us having over 30 years in legal work to be told by Janice..."I told you where the apartment was" - downright lie - we wouldnt have wasted our time and money and the effort I had to put in as on line we loved the property and it was described as 'Ground Floor' in the narrative description. Be careful out there ....

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Janice at Parkview Property. She went above and beyond to find a suitable tenant and handled everything professionally and efficiently. She constantly kept me informed, and I felt confident my property was in great hands. Thank you so much, Janice!

Fantastic experience: Janice was amazing throughout the whole process from arranging the viewing of the house to collecting the keys. She helped with the buying process and I'll never forget how happy and excited she was when we collected the keys!! Also as a lovely touch she has sent us some Christmas flowers to mark our first Christmas in our new home❤️

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Company to buy or rent your home, First class customer service and Janice is extremely helpful and made my experience stress free. I would definitely recommend. Ronald Russell

Fantastic experience: We have had valuable assistance and advice from Janice, we were not even customers or clients of Parkview property, but Janice was so helpful and friendly, a credit to herself and the company. Hugh and Liz

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Janice Molloy at Parkview Property. I spent some time looking at various properties which in itself was difficult. Many of the agencies I viewed with were booking appointments during my working hours despite providing my availability and work times. When Janice called to arrange a viewing for the property I now let, without having to reiterate to her she instantly noted she would look at available appointments out with my work times. This small attention to detail made all the difference. The viewing itself was very relaxed and informal. We had a lovely chat about various things, not just the home. I felt positive but still apprehensive due to the previous difficulties I had trying to secure a premises, however Janice kept me up to date with the process and communication was fast. The reference process was relatively easy. Parts I was unsure of Janice was able to assist. The process itself from viewing to getting the keys was also quick. On collecting the keys I noted a little issue with broadband and Janice was so helpful to reach out to another tenant in the area. Going that little extra mile. I don't plan on leaving my let any time soon, the next stage is to buy and I will definitely be back to Janice when the time arises. Thank you Janice for making a stressful time so easy.

Fantastic experience: Janice from Parkview property was fantastic from the initial email to moving in. The whole process was quick efficient and courteous. With no delays and quick responses when questions arose. Would highly recommend using Janice Molloy to anyone looking to rent or buy property in the area.

Fantastic experience: Janice was very attentive and treated my partner and I with utmost respect.

Fantastic experience: Due to relocating from Dorset to Ayrshire, we travelled up over two days to view rental properties. We had one viewing booked in with Janice. During the viewing, she recommended that we view another one of her properties and she scheduled this in for just a couple of hours later. We then went on to be offered this property. We are beyond delighted and appreciative of Janice’s efforts to help us which has offered us a smooth transition into our new area.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience with parkview property ltd.. NO 1

Negative experience: My partner and I recently had a baby and were looking for a property with space for us all. We contacted Parkview about a property close to my family and asked for a viewing, we emailed them the same day the property was posted. They replied and asked us to send a bunch of information over TO ARRANGE A VIEWING, which we did. Over a week later there was no reply, so I contacted them and asked if our information had been received. They then replied and said the property has now been let. I appreciate the property went to someone else but we emailed the same day for a viewing, were asked to send info to arrange a viewing, never got a response or a viewing, had to chase them up to then find out we were totally ignored. A little bit of communication would be fantastic, rather than us waiting eagerly for a response to get nothing. Absolute joke.

Fantastic experience: Iv had a fantastic experience with these guys!! Kind and helpful. Really made me feel at ease in search for a home. There for any support and questions I had. Highly recommend them!! I will be looking to buy my own property in tge next 2 years and I will be using them for mortgage advisor ect. You will not be let down.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Parkview Property Ltd during the process of acquiring a suitable property. Janice went out of her way to assist us and to keep us well - informed at each stage . We are happily settled and firm in the knowledge that we can depend on Janice to give any expert advice should the occasion arise .

Negative experience: Worst letting agent ever. While she was managing my properties, there were always repairs to be made, usually at £180-200 per repair. Once I took over, same flat, same tenant, a year has passed and no repair was necessary. I checked the flat myself and nothing is broken. With the other flat, I had problems with the roof. The agent found me a roofer that for £3500, put some paint on the roof, didn't fix the leak and then the agent said I should recover part of the money from my neighbours. To make it worse, as soon as I logged a complaint with her, the agent sent me a notice of termination, leaving me to take over everything in the middle of negotiations with the neighbours. Of course the complaint wasn't resolved and, put of pettiness, it took quite a while to get the keys and all the reports. Once I got rid of her, I managed to replace the roof and whatever repairs I need, they're about £80-90 (that's after all the inflation). Overall, she gave me wrong advice to replace a board on the ceiling, wrong advice on dealing with the neighbours (i could have contacted them earlier and find a roofer faster and cheaper), and ripped me off with repairs big style. For free to do it, and I still wouldn't let her manage my properties again.

I would highly recommend Parkview Property if your looking for a new place to live!

Fantastic experience: Professional service with a friendly nature, great communication, always felt at ease to call or email with any queries. I couldn't stand to use another company now!

Negative experience: I this a scam website? There are 4 great properties for rent on the home page but they are not on Zoopla or Rightmove. There is a Parkview Properties at OnTheMarket but is is a random one bed flat. I tried to call but could not get through and the blog advice is dodgy too. I won't be renting my property out with Parkview.

Fantastic experience: Janice at Parkview Properties recently set us up with a lovely rental house in Doonfoot in Ayr. We had just emigrated back from South Africa, so our UK credit rating wasn't up to date, meaning that we were getting rejections from other rental applications. Janice actually got to know us as the nice and responsible people that we are, and recommended us as first choice to the landlady. She has also been incredibly responsive during the bedding in process that comes with settling into a new property. Thank you Janice!
