Staff where really busy when I turned up, but they took the time to acknowledge my presence and soon gave me as much attention as any prospective client would expect. Negative experience: The only care about the needs of the owners of the properties and care only what they legally have to for the people who rent out the properties. Favorite saying "The Property owners are out paying clients and we support you as much as we are legally allowed to do." To me that suggests that if I rent through Sheens I am not a priority but I will look after your needs because I'm legally obliged to however thats all I will do because your not the paying client and we ensure to keep the property owners happy!! Sad

There is always someone on hand to help. You don't have to wait for the person dealing with your sale to help, they all pitch in. They also have all the notes on file so the service is consistent. Apart from the fact that they found us a buyer within days of us registering with them, they were great with communication, friendly and extremely professional all the way through the process. Trying to sell whilst living abroad isn't usually easy, but Sheens made it straightforward and stress-free. We are so glad that we chose them.

Negative experience: Not even worth one star! Did nothing to help my daughter move into the area. Were supposed to ring her to arrange viewings on two properties to rent -she's still waiting for the call even though she told them she only had 3 weeks on her previous tenancy and is heavily pregnant! ! She gave up in the end and found a property on her own.
