Michelle Arthurton in the Reepham office deserves a special mention. She has been an absolute superstar: professional, reassuring, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for us. We’re really grateful for the way Parsons have looked after us and would recommend them without hesitation. They’ve been exceptional.

Negative experience: Parsons Dereham have missed things on my let property, important documents. They are slow to reply and in several years of dealing with them, they’ve really let things go downhill. Certain staff are worse than others.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish this is how you do it. I was a buyer for a purchase through Parsons and they were incredibly helpful throughout. Quick to respond to queries and always willing to help with visits to the property. I cannot fault them. Better than Haart and William H Brown and when I ever sell my property this is the estate agent to go too. Georgia and Sally was superb and come highly recommend.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs ! Clicked at least 4 times in a week on a property off rightmove and asked for a viewing. Never heard back. Eventually phoned and was informed property had sold that day I phoned. They blamed RM for not notifying them. Unprofessional and couldn't care.

Positive experience: We went to Parsons Estate Agents in Reepham in 2024 to sell a property we had there. We were so pleased with the top quality service we received there from Michelle, that we decided to use them again to sell our property in Swaffham. Sadly the Reepham office did not deal with Swaffham properties, but we had very friendly and helpful service from the Dereham office. We would have liked to have had more updates, even if just to say that nothing was happening, but the house did eventually sell, having had one sale fall through. Luke was very good with his drone pictures which showed the house to very good advantage.

Negative experience: Such a poor letting agent. Rubbish experience from beginning to end. Repairs took 6 months to be sorted. Allowed the landlord to attend the property unannounced on two separate occasions - without reprimanding him. Charged for things which were missed of the itinerary, like a cracked glass, also rushed through the letting process. Charged 275 for end of tenancy clean when the property was left in a clean state. Kiss goodbye to your deposit!!, they charge you either way to keep it

Negative experience: My mother and myself tried to offer on a house and they refused to put the offer forward. Terrible standard of estate agency.

Negative experience: If you are renting, then avoid if if you can at all costs. Unfortunately they cover a lot of properties in the area. They are not interested in helping if you have a problem with the property so will take their time even if the matter is urgent. They break their own rules and lie to cover their own backs.

Positive experience: Prompt, good value for money when it comes to fees and straightforward

Positive experience: Upon arrival we found the place v. busy and were told there would be a half hour wait for a table. We chose to wait and sat down with a drink to wait to be paged. As the half - hour turned we were paged and led to our table, given menu's and asked if we wanted more drinks. We were left to choose our orders which we did and ordered upon the waitress return. My partner chose the original combo and I had the 83 Combo. The meals came in good time and were hot and tasty. We decided against dessert and paid £21.18 which was reasonable for what we had.
