Willsons Property Professionals - Skegness

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service — everything was handled on time, with incredible support throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency. I would especially like to thank Danielle Stott from the Skegness branch, who, in my opinion, truly deserves special recognition for her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment to her work. I recently purchased a house, and Danielle provided me with an outstanding level of support from beginning to end. She was always there to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly, even helping me with information regarding utility bills after the purchase. The number of emails, the excellent communication, the constant flow of information, and the precision with which she handled everything were truly impressive and deserve recognition. I would also like to mention that I was probably not the easiest client, as I had previous experiences with other agencies that made me more cautious and meant that I needed additional explanations and reassurance. Despite this, Danielle was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I fully understood every stage of the process. I have never experienced this level of care and attention from any other agency. What impressed me even more was that Danielle’s support did not end once the purchase was completed. Even after completion, she continued to provide helpful information and assistance whenever I needed it. This is an agency you can genuinely trust, with an employee who truly deserves to be recognised for going above and beyond for her clients. This level of dedication, kindness, patience, and professionalism is something that is increasingly rare these days. Thank you, Danielle, for making such an important experience so much easier and for all the time and effort you put into helping me. Your exceptional work deserves to be recognised. I could not recommend you and the agency highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been a tenant with Willsons for nearly a year after being with another agents, and would not want to go with another agency ever again if I can help it. The girls Kaydy and Remi in the rental department are always happy to help with any issues or concerns I have had about my property and issues are solved quickly and efficiently. Overall great experience renting with them

Negative experience: Absolutely useless agency. We rented from them for 8months. We lived in damp mouldy place. They have not insisted the landlord to fix the issues. We moved in to a dirty house, cleaned it and painted it ourselves to make it more livable. However, they still want to charge us cleaning charge. Absolutely useless. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid them
