Negative experience: do not recommend this company they are very unprofessional, if your not a men they talk and treat you very badly, Does not reply to emails and calls very Unprofessional to ignore clients and also say they would get back in touch with you if the house comes back online due to it falls through which they haven't done which they have done more then once now.

We were all signed up to a house in Axminster, but the chain unfortunately collapsed at the last minute. At the same time, we had already signed the lease for Health and Remedy, leaving us with nowhere to live and a very stressful situation. Luckily, we found a property and explained everything to Gary and his team. They completely understood and worked incredibly hard to help us complete in a time frame that worked for us. The whole team were professional, fast and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We could not have asked for better support.

Had a little trouble finding the property so called the office who were very helpful. A lovely, friendly agent showed us around, the property was lovely and well maintained. When I decided to sell my property through Saville Andrews also Chloe was very knowledgeable of current market values in the area , she used the latest technology to take images of my property . She kept me updated every step of the way through the viewings to my offer , to completion , recommended me the best ever conveyancer! Have bought and sold many houses in my time and this was by far the easiest and smoothest ! Great family run business. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not great. "Lost" my electrical cert for the property I rent 2 years, then found it, then "lost" it again so needed to redo the cert. They didn't give me a copy, as they are legally required to do. And now, without my permission or even notifying me they have moved my deposit to a different company. Now it's me having to jump through hoops to set up with a new deposit holding company (who's instructions don't actually work). I'm sure there's some legal requirements to this, I can't imagine they can legally move MY money around without my consent. No electrical cert, moving my money around without my consent. Maybe a call to a solicitors is needed!

Fantastic experience: Have recieved amazing support from Savill Andrews. Have recieved amazing financial advise and Jamie has been amazing in answering all of our questions. Also viewed properties with Savill Andrews with Chloe and again cannot fault the service, Chloe arrived promptly and was happy to answer any questions we had, she had good knowledge of the property. Amazing service all round and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: We decided to put our house on the market after the first lockdown. After calling a couple of larger estate agents and not getting any of our calls returned I called Savill Andrews. Immediately Mathew was interested in coming out to value for us and answered all our questions and concerns. They are a smaller agent who give a much more personal service and you feel looked after. Although the viewings were slow due to the pandemic, Mathew always kept us updated and informed. During our sale things were a little slow at times but Mathew was always chasing for updates and information to feed back to us. His role in our sale continued right throughout until the day we exchanged. We can’t thank Savill Andrews enough for the help and patience they showed us.

Fantastic experience: Moving to the area from over 150 miles away has not been the easiest during this pandemic, the lettings department went above and beyond to help us, setting up viewings and even taking measurements when we found THE place we wanted to call home. They were responsive, professional and I couldn't actually sing their praises much louder.

Negative experience: Only leaving one star as I can't leave a zero. They need to be professional and honest in their dealings with tenants. Communication throughout the tenancy was poor at best. Withholding monies under false pretenses at the end of tenancy is wrong on every level but sadly all too common in this industry. Failing to follow procedures when letting properties and ignoring emails when asked to explain and correct matters means they fit the stereotypical description of a bad estate agent.

Negative experience: Terrible terrible agent. Stay well clear unless you want any deposits unfairly withheld, poor and very minimal communication, failure to uphold their requirements as an agent and follow the correct procedures in regards to tenancies/rental properties.

Fantastic experience: We (Whoobid) work alongside Savill Andrews to offer online auctions to the local area. We have recently ran our first joint auction with them and had an incredibly successful result for our mutual client, achieving an instant exchange at a price at a strong price for the vendor, exceeding expectations! Matt, Sam, Mark and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to market the property and ultimately built copious amounts of interest garnering a fantastic result at auction. Having worked together on a professional side I cannot recommend the team at Savill Andrews enough. We certainly look forward to many more successes in the near future!

Negative experience: Called SA on Thursday with an enquiry re a property to let. Agents didn't know whether landlords would accept pets (why not?) and said they would call landlords and get back to us. Predictably, no reply by Saturday so called again. No reply and no answering service despite their Google Places info stating they were open. In common with 95% of estate agents, a complete waste of time effort and space. Do estate agents actually do anything at all for their commission?

Negative experience: After calling first time around asking about a property me and my husband were interested in viewing, I was told that someone would call me the following day to book a viewing. There was no call so me and my husband decided we'd call them, we were then told that we could not book a viewing until the following Monday as the property was not ready. So, I rang first thing that Monday to be told that the property will probably be gone because they already have booked lots of viewings. Well thanks for ringing and letting us know, maybe in future you ought to keep your story straight.

Fantastic experience: It is easy for people and Estate Agents such as myself to criticize other Estate Agents, but having had a handful of my clients move from Taunton to Chard I find myself having to write a positive review about Savill Andrews. Firstly my clients that have used them say they have received a first class service from knowledgeable staff, they say the team at Savill Andrews have been so helpful and go that extra mile to assist them in every way. Secondly when they have been involved in a chain that I have been in they have always kept me updated where necessary, and have always been very helpful and professional in working with me to assist our clients in every way. If I were to have an office in Chard I really think that Savill Andrews would be the main competitor, but not having an office in chard I would highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to sell or buy, very helpful indeed, I look forward to working with you again in the future.
