Fantastic experience: We moved to Cornwall from Kent. Sarah at Millersons was fantastic. Once we put in an offer on the property we wanted, we had a really quick acceptance reply. We had accepted an offer on our property in Kent about the same time. It all went a bit quiet for a while whilst the solicitors did their thing. Our buyers delayed a little because of a family health problem and so we kept in contact with Sarah, promising that we were still 100% going for it and she was so calm and put our minds at rest that these things happen. It took 3 months or so from offer, a replace at both properties and im writing g this review, sitting in my new living room with a wo perfume view of Carn brea. Thank you Millersons, 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: Highest recommendation when buying/selling a house. I found Jon, Jeremy and the rest of the team to be professional, friendly and above all, offer realistic evaluations and advice. My house sold within a couple of weeks of listing and throughout I was kept up to date with progress of the sale. Beforehand I had approached other agents in the area but felt a confidence with Millerson I didn't with the others, I'm glad my instincts were proved right. Thank you to all at Millerson!

Fantastic experience: We didn't engage Millerson for our sale but they were the agents for the house we were buying and they went above and beyond regularly to keep us informed. Like many people, we had a frustrating and delayed chain and Jon at Millerson was essential at keeping communication and understanding flowing between the different parties in the chain and generally keeping moral up! We did all exchange eventually and are very happy! We were so impressed and we would engage Millerson as estate agents in the future but hopefully not too soon!

Negative experience: We sold our house through Millerson this year and did not have a very good experience. I would not recommend selling your house through them. I received feedback from my buyer as well and the general feeling was not positive. Given 2 stars because we finally completed and to start they did find us a buyer but that’s really all that was done. I did inform them of my concerns throughout the process so this review is not a shock.

Fantastic experience: Jeremy Chapman - we can’t rate highly enough. Such a shame we didn’t find our home through him and Millerson. We saw several properties in our limit availability while in the town. Jeremy made time and liaised with us to help with our tight schedule. Attentive, went above and beyond any other agencies we dealt with. Professional and understanding towards our needs in our home purchase. His professional, approachable and understanding manner has broken our perception of the ‘Estate Agent’ and would highly recommend this company for buying and selling.

Positive experience: I'd not answered a call from them cancelling a viewing so they just left a voicemail. I think it would have been more helpful if they had called again.

Fantastic experience: The marketplace was at its worst, the house not quite its best (but a much loved family home nonetheless); so we found ourselves at a far from ideal time to be selling! However, despite the difficult circumstances, and the hurdles we encountered (which were neither few, nor insubstantial) throughout the sale process, the manager and staff at Millerson in Camborne were utterly brilliant. Their efforts were tireless, their advice and support invaluable, and they regularly went above and beyond the call of duty to help me solve the many housekeeping issues I encountered whist trying to sell a property from a distance of over 300 miles. I unreservedly recommend them, and can't thank them enough for their help and kind consideration for my family over the last year.

It's nice to see the same faces whenever I walk through the door, whether that's after a year, 5 years or even 10 years! I always trust Jon to give me an honest and realistic valuation and genuine sound advice whenever I'm selling or looking for a property. They'll go the extra mile for their clients and their commission rate is very competitive too!

Fantastic experience: Staff were easy to talk to and kept both my husband and I in the loop. We lived nearly 400 miles from our new home so relied on the expertise and honesty of Millerson in recommending properties for us to view. The service was excellent and this is not the first time but the third time I have used them.

Negative experience: Probably the worst estate agents in Cornwall. We had been given 2 months notice to move from our land lady as she was selling the property. We applied for a property to rent with Shirley and she promised we would hear back by Monday (on a Friday afternoon). It took her a week and a half to finally tell us that they had let 9 people apply for the property and then I had to ring 3 times to get the answer that we hadn’t got the property. We then tried to apply for another property they had available which was full of mould in every room, they said that they would let us know a day later and then didn’t call us at all, they ended up emailing us another week later to which time we had 3 weeks left to find a house to move my family into. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs !!

Fantastic experience: We would both like to thank Millerson for the enthusiasm and professionalism shown by their Camborne branch. We never regretted our decision to appoint MillerSon and indeed if we had followed the advice of the other agents we had round we would have received considerably less for our property. All those we dealt with were a credit to the firm, but a special mention should go to Jon who valued our house initially and with whom we dealt as the main point of contact throughout. Having bought and sold a fair few houses over the years and fallen out with a fair few agents! We can honestly say MillerSon shine through as the best around.

Positive experience: Professional service and pro active sales staff. If our cash buyers had turned out to be true cash buyers I would have rated higher, we only discovered quite late in the sale that they were not.
