Ably assisted by Anita and Diane from GTH who were a great support in bringing the sale to an early conclusion. Anita especially kept regular contact with our buyers and keeping us informed of the process. Came up with the solution to a problem with setting a completion date. She certainly knows her business. Fantastic experience: Great agents with professional staff who treat you with respect and a lot of support through the very stressful process of buying and selling. They always answer queries immediately and although it's supposed to be friendly to speak to you using your first name, I am pleased to say that they don't do this. It is etiquette to always use the buyers full name and GTH always do this. They understood my anxiety about buying and selling after 22 years but Insisted that I don't hesitate to send any issues or queries that I might have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this agent. Fantastic experience: My property was valued by GTH at the higher end of the spread from other Agents but achieved a quick request for viewing and an offer close to the median of all quotations. The Agent's response to my purchasing requirements has been prompt and reflected my criteria. Staff have fully explained the processes and have been extremely helpful and courteous at all times.

Positive experience: Helpful and attentive, process not fully completed so offered 4 stars at minute Would be beneficial for prospective buyers if they offered more service on a Saturday. Currently office open only til lunchtime Saturday and not open Sundays (standard I guess for Sunday)
