Halls Estate Agents Ellesmere

Fantastic experience: All the staff I dealt with were excellent in relation to the purchase, especially Ashley who was my primary point of contact. Thank you very much!!

Fantastic experience: We bought a new build which at times has been very stressful! The ladies from Halls are so very helpful and friendly listening to my worries and dealing with them for me. I feel they went above and beyond at times.I would definitely use them again, we've been very impressed

Fantastic experience: We can highly recommend the services of Halls. Our main point of contact was Nia Davies who is now based at the Oswestry branch. She was exceptional and we cannot sing her praises highly enough. She was with us during our fairly lengthy selling experience and was always on the other end of the phone and went out of her way to help in any way she could. She is an absolute asset to Halls and a complete star. If I could make this a 10 star review I would have absolutely no problem in doing so.

Fantastic experience: The staff were always most efficient and helpful in progressing a sale within a rather long and complex chain. I particularly appreciated Beverley's weekly phone calls to keep me updated, and Kerry's efforts in speeding up the final stages. The service from the rest of the team was also very good and I have no hesitation in recommending Halls of Ellesmere to anyone wishing to sell a property.

Fantastic experience: Lovely helpful and patient team

Fantastic experience: We recently sold a property through Halls in Ellesmere and we would like to thank them for their professionalism throughout the process. Although there were several hiccups along the way they dealt with them in a calm and efficient manner. We spoke to most of the staff in Ellesmere but we would particularly like to thank Beverley for her patience and understanding throughout.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service, took all the pain out of it.

Fantastic experience: From the day Sean made his evaluation to the final and eventual day the house sale was completed everyone at Halls Estate Agents were friendly, extremely helpful, very supportive and with excellent communications. Mum and I don't think we would have survived the task of selling her house with any other Estate Agents. I would recommend this branch to anyone and everyone who wishes to buy or sell a property in the Ellesmere catchment. We couldn't praise them enough.

Positive experience: I had a great viewing show case by Ollie, he made me feel welcome and like I already had the home for myself which is a werid feeling, but he was amazing! Good crack and very positive attitude, gave me all the information I asked and always had a answer, thank you and well done to you Ollie

Fantastic experience: My partner and I recently purchased a property through Halls in Ellesmere. As most people know, buying a property can be a very stressful indeed. However, during the whole process Beverly from the Ellesmere office was so supportive with her weekly phone calls updating us etc., and keeping us informed of the situation which helped to make the process as smooth as possible, thus diminishing a lot of that stress. So a big thankyou to Beverly and the team

Fantastic experience: Brilliant estate agents, Nia in particular was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more from her. Sold and bought a house with Halls, and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Great service selling with Halls, promptly came out and arranged photos the next week. We'd sold in 2 days and Nia kept on top of everything and helped us badger the slower members of the process!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Halls Estate Agents in Ellesmere when selling our property. The whole team were friendly, approachable, and very informative throughout the entire process, which really helped put us at ease. We were kept regularly updated on the progress of the sale, so we always knew exactly where things stood. Communication was clear and consistent, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The initial valuation was accurate, which gave us confidence from the start, and viewings were arranged very quickly. They were all handled professionally and efficiently, with minimal disruption or inconvenience to us. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided and would happily recommend Halls Ellesmere to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend using Halls Ellesmere. I'm very happy with the super service which Beverly, Nia and their team provided. We can't wait to move into our new home! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: In the midst of all the stress of moving house, Halls Ellesmere were a breath of fresh air. They dealt with both our sale and purchase and communicated well even when solicitors made it more difficult than it needed to be. Extremely professional and yet friendly too. I do not plan on moving again any time soon but I wouldn't hesitate to use Halls again if I do and would recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Halls for help and advice in selling a property for my mother, all went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic estate agents, very helpful, always friendly.

Fantastic experience: We recently sold our house in Ellesmere, a process which took a very stressful 5 months to completion. Throughout that time we were supported by Halls at every stage. Ashley King, Nia Davies, Beverley and all the staff at Halls have been outstanding. They have been approachable and understanding yet focussed and professional. Ashley's pro-active monitoring of all stages of the sales process was amazing and communication to us was excellent.

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend the Ellesmere halls estate agents. They were very communicative throughout the process, and got our house sold after we struggled with an online only agency called Yopa. Not only this, we also had a chain where there were many issues, but Halls were able to help keep us in the loop when others wouldn't say what was happening. The photographs of our house were excellent, and also having a physical office for people to call by really helped. Thank you Halls Ellesmere. Josh and Becky.

Negative experience: Unhelpful staffs ,as they aren’t interesting to sell house ,I wouldn’t recommend them and I certainly won’t buy from them.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding! Thank you

Fantastic experience: We recently sold our property through Halls Estate Agents Ellesmere and I felt it was important to leave a review, particularly for Ashley King who managed our sale. From start to finish Ashley was excellent. She handled everything quickly, communicated clearly, and demonstrated a level of knowledge and control that gave us real confidence throughout the process. Selling a property can be stressful at times, but Ashley was a constant source of reassurance and kept everything moving when it mattered most. What really stood out was how proactive she was. She didn’t just react to situations, she anticipated them and dealt with things before they became issues. It genuinely felt like she was managing the whole process for us, not just facilitating it. We have to be honest, we weren’t necessarily expecting this level of service, but Ashley completely exceeded our expectations. She couldn’t have done more to help. We would now confidently recommend Halls to others, and in particular Ashley, who really showed us the value a good agent can bring to a sale.

Fantastic experience: Halls are the best Estate agents ive ever used. Friendly and helpful staff. From start to finish they kept me in the loop with the sale of my apartment. Big shout out for Nia, who was always answering my queries and making endless calls on my behalf. Thankyou guys so much

I have no hesitation recommending Halls to anyone selling a property around Ellesmere.

Fantastic experience: The ladies at Halls have been incredibly helpful during what was an exceptionally stressful move for our elderly parents, especially given the issues we experienced with a local solicitor. They kept the sellers updated when bumps in the road occurred and were able to communicate with them effectively when the solicitors were not. I would recommend anyone looking to buy to use this estate agency. Well done, ladies—we truly appreciated your partnership throughout this process.

Fantastic experience: I have just purchased a lovely house with the help of the team at the Ellesmere office, Ashley, Bev and Nia. Cannot thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Halls of Ellesmere recently sold my deceased mothers house on our behalf. From the outset Sean Edwards was honest about the valuation and the quality of the overall sales brochure/photos was excellent. From that point on all contact was with Beverley Ellis and Nia Davies. They were extremely proactive throughout the whole process from the advert going live to completion a few weeks ago. Often chasing the buyer and myself to encourage our solicitors to move forward when things appeared to have stalled. They are a credit to the industry and I would not hesitate to market another property through them should the need arise. Thank you all very much for a painless experience.

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased a property through Halls' Ellesmere Office who were brilliant throughout (particularly Nia Davies). As buyers, Halls were not representing us but at times worked harder than our own broker/solicitor to get things done! We were impressed by the hard work and commitment they put in, to ensure the purchase/sale went through smoothly for all parties involved. We certainly intend to use them when we come to sell a property in future.

Fantastic experience: We recently bought our new house through Halls, and we couldn’t be happier with the help we received from Nia. From start to finish she was absolutely lovely – friendly, professional, and genuinely keen to make the process as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her; she always kept us updated, answered our questions quickly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and well organised. It’s rare to find someone so approachable and positive in this industry, and Nia really stood out for all the right reasons. We’re so grateful for all her help and would happily recommend her and Halls to anyone buying or selling a home. Many thanks, Ben and Kisha.

Positive experience: Excellent estate agent just brought a house through them and was smooth going. Absolutely 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: The Ellesmere office recently sold a property for us. Having bought and sold seven properties in the last ten years, I thought I knew what to expect from the agents - how wrong I was... From the very beginning the process was very friendly, professional and prompt. Our first point of contact was Sean (who had by far the easiest job ;-)), with a certain eloquence and a twinkle in his eye we chose Halls services based on his presentation. The property sold very quickly and we then dealt with an amazing group of staff who saw us through until completion. There were a few problems along the way (solicitors! (angryface.jpg)) but Ashley, Beverley and Nia chased things and kept us informed at every stage - updates were more frequent than from our solicitor and the service received was above and beyond any other agent we've used. I'm sure there are other staff working away in the background who I haven't mentioned. How Halls have managed to assemble an office of so many wonderful friendly employees is beyond me. I recommend a pay increase for all of them. If you're reading this and can't decide which agent to use, don't hesitate to drop into their office and I'm sure the decision will be instant. Many thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: Using Halls, my house was sold within a few weeks. The service provided by everyone was of the highest quality throughout. Beverley and Nia went above and beyond to complete the sale in the quickest possible time. I’m very grateful and can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Halls Estate Agents haven been very professional. Both Nia and Bev have shown a great understanding of the challenges faced by prospective buyers and sellers. They are extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to bring about completion. Always approachable and proactive throughout the chain, offering solutions and guidance to calm nerves and give explanations that weren't necessarily forthcoming from solicitors. A wonderful team ; kind and welcoming. Thank you for your diligence, warmth and expertise.

If you want an estate agent who works tirelessly to make your move process as easy as possible then I would recommend you use Halls . Its 41 years since we purchased our last home and Jack has kept us up to date at all times with the new home, dealing with the vendors, solicitors etc. We highly recommend dealing with Halls and Jack especially.

Negative experience: Wrongly advertising a property as "detached" when digging a little further it's clearly a semi-detached...check details before advertising on both your own website & Rightmove.

Fantastic experience: Jo has been brilliant from start to finish with helping us buy our new cottage, she has been quick to respond to emails, chased the solicitors every few days and kept us updated at all times. would recommend her very highly!

Negative experience: Diabolical in keeping bidders updated. Offered asking price on a property. Only then to find it's been readvertised as a different lot without being informed. Lack of professional courtesy. Hope homeowners are aware of the dreadful communication.

In particular we were very impressed by the driving force of Jo Amos without whose persistence and unfailing professionalism we would not have achieved a timely and very satisfactory outcome.

Fantastic experience: Prior to my house purchase, I’d been to a handful of viewings with Halls and they’ve been great from the very beginning. Being a first time buyer, I didn’t have much knowledge about a lot of the process but Jo and the team were so helpful with thoroughly explaining things. We encountered some bumps in the road with the solicitors but Halls continued to chase responses, and in a timely manner, kept me fully updated with any progress that was made. I would totally put my trust in Halls in the future if and when I decide to sell.

Fantastic experience: Halls Ellesmere, especially Jo Amos, have been outstanding whilst dealing with the sale of our family home for my elderly parents. I have been blown away by the service we received throughout the process - from day one when Alan met my parents to consider the listing and then subsequently when Jo managed the sale of the property. Nothing has been too much trouble and all queries were dealt with with kindness and professionalism. The family and I could not have achieved the resulting sale without Jo by our side - one in a million- thank you SO much.

Fantastic experience: Jo was very friendly and helpful in our house hunt.
