Fantastic experience: If your are looking to sell your home id highly recommend AB Properties. They were fantastic right from the start from Diane showing us the home we have now bought she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Andrew came out to photography my property he was very professional and helpful and my house sold within a few days and Kari was always at hand to answer any questions I had. Fantastic firm if you are planning to sell your home.

Fantastic experience: I have used AB Properties several times over the past 12 years or so (for selling, buying and mortgage purposes) and their attention and diligence are impressive and truly second to none. Over the past few months they again sold two properties and arranged another mortgage for me and I have to rate them at 10/10. Fantastic experience: We recently worked with AB to both sell our property and purchase our new home. We had incredibly tight deadlines to make the sale - purchase go through. It would never have happened without the calm head and wise advice of Tracy Holmes. She managed our sale and ensured we had the best photography (Grazie Luca), and motivation when things seemed tough. Negative experience: Can't believe I wasted so much time with AB Properties. Just 24 hours with a different agent and my property was sold at the full price I wanted! AB Properties wasted weeks of my time, gave poor advice and stated they would do things they never had any intention of doing. Simply avoid them!
Fantastic experience: We hadn't moved in 20 years, and prior to that, just once. That was an horrific experience. Wish I'd had the ladies at AB Property back then. From the minute Tracy stepped into our home we knew that we would be in good hands. We met Diane at a viewing and she too was a delight to work with. And then there is Kari. Negative experience: At any cost please avoid this agents . Once you leave your tenancy they don't listen to you. All your deposit will be looted. They give you unreasonable causes and make you frustrate and even don't respond. My deposit was taken completely and they were responded Alison was looking into my case. She was irresponsible and dont receive calls or replied to emails. For your good avoid this AB Properties or Mcturk they will make your life difficult.

Fantastic experience: Professional, efficient excellent service from Kari Barr. I called into the Lanark office to enquire about a property I was interested in and to request a viewing. She offered to take me to the property straight away if I had time, which I did. During the visit all of my questions were answered quickly and precisely. I placed an offer later that day and Kari got back to me that day with an update and the following morning with a response from her client. A little further negotiation was required which allowed us to come to an agreement and offer accepted. Really exceptional service from Kari.
