Fantastic experience: Wright Marshall estate provided me and my partner with a great service, they were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Jack was great from the start. We were quite particular about where we would consider moving to and fairly noncommittal. We were probably not the best of clients but Jack treated us as if we were buying and selling million pound houses. When we did find the house we wanted to move to Jack sprang into action to get us on the market and our house sold. He worked weekends, flexed his diary and we had sold within three weeks. During the lengthy conveyancing process he kept things moving and stayed in contact with all key parties. Jack is great at his job and a very likeable person generally. We highly recommend his services (very competitive rates too!).

Fantastic experience: Absolutely top class customer service from Jack, from the day of valuation to completion day we couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Due to the distance between where we live and the house we were selling, Jack saw to the surveys etc held keys etc, and for that we will always be very grateful. Superb !

Would highly recommend Wright Marshall to anyone who is selling or buying property. Thanks to everyone. Robert & Jenny Antonio

Fantastic experience: I am the client in relation to the most recent 1 star review and can safely say that this review does not reflect Jacks service. Jack has always acted in a professional manner and when you next purchase a property John I advise that you don’t wait three weeks to send your documents across following having your offer accepted. Estate agents and sellers beware.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish, Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wright Marshall in the future.

Negative experience: Aggressive, pushy tactics, not interested in working with buyers. There are better estate agents around. If you see a property listed with these, knock on the door instead and cut them out.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Jack from Wright Marshall Estate agents was excellent from the point of our first contact. He was prompt and professional when he came to visit the house we were selling and really made us feel that he was confident that he was the man we should trust to do the job. His enthusiasm was what made the difference between him and other agents one of whom didn't even turn up for a confirmed appointment. The sales package was clearly explained and competitive. We had a say and were listened to in the selection of photos used to sell the house. The preparation prior to going on sale was exemplary. A key point for us was that Jack was solely in charge of all matters relating to the sale, including the viewings, and there was no 'interference' from others in the office. There was an initial flurry of activity and viewings but when things quietened down after a few weeks Jack recommended strategies to re-energise the sale and he informed previous viewers of those changes one of which came straight in with an offer which eventually resulted in the sale agreement. Jack was constantly on the task of keeping the ball rolling by regularly communicating with solicitors to chivvy them along where necessary and kept us in the picture at all times. Mainly thanks to Jack, overall, we thought we had a thoroughly professional experience and have difficulty finding fault with what was our first house sale in over 40 years.

Fantastic experience: Jack was great throughout the whole process and supported both sides of the sale very well. Always responsive and looked to find a solution when there were obstacles. We are super happy with our purchase and support in the process.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to post this 5 star review about an exceptional estate agent and branch manager Jack Braithwate from the Northwich Wright Marshall. Approximately 6 months ago we agreed to purchase "a lovely cottage of our dreams" that Jack was selling for his clients. We were one of the three parties in a chain and whilst the transaction took time Jack provided us with his full and personal support extremely professional, even keeping in touch on his days off. One of the most important parts of a sale transaction is communicating from all sides a this was one of the best attributes Jack Braithwate provided. He is as asset to the Directors of Wright Marshall, and I have no doubt he will go far as he develops his career forward. A big thank you Lawrence Copeland FRICS FNAEA and Elizabeth Copeland

Fantastic experience: Jack Braithwaite from Wright Marshall Northwich has been excellent throughout our house sale and purchase, supporting us throughout with advice and taking action where necessary. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Jack is no doubt an asset to the company and I recommend him very highly.

Fantastic experience: I chose Wright Marshall to sell my house in Northwich because of their friendly and informative attitude to my initial enquiry. Although I live in France, their communication throughout was excellent every step of the way. Jack was always ready and willing to help with the things I could not do, like reading the meters, and getting quotes for potential work that needed to be done. He went above and beyond my expectations in guiding me through the process, taking a lot of the stress out what could have been a difficult experience. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. Thank you, Jack!!

Positive experience: The people were generally pleasant. However, their communication was not of as good a standard as I would have expected.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and understanding.

Fantastic experience: We have had contact with Wright Marshall, Northwich over a period of years and feel we got to know the staff well. During our contact Jack Braithwaite took over as manager and there was a marked raising of standards and professionalism generally. Whilst assertive he is friendly and gives a feeling of genuine concern for the job but most importantly the customer. The photographs he takes are set to sell the property at its best and if you work with him and take his advice your house sells quickly. Alan who does the viewings is kind, caring and genuine. He has been known to go above and beyond for us in trying to help us find the right home to move to - even calling round to tell us of a property of the type we were searching for - in case we hadn't seen it. Alan takes care to understand about the history and character of the house - it's unique selling points and design features that will be of interest to prospective purchasers and leaves you feeling the house is in safe hands. He also gives you time to 'offload' and this helps you deal with the anxieties selling your home can create. A good friend in a time of need. Trudie we got to know less since she joined the firm during the latter part of our contact with Wright Marshall. However as with Jack and Alan she was friendly, always rang us back and her advice was sound. She gave the impression of being very efficient and when she said she was qoing to do something she did it. Generally I can't fault them as a team and I think Wright Marshall are lucky to have them in Northwich
