Negative experience: The worst estate agents we dealt with whilst buying. They lied and falsely blamed the sellers (who we subsequently spoke to directly). ADDITIONAL: Not sure how to reply to JS Sherborne’s reply below, so adding context here. It is no surprise they’ve said I don’t appear in their database - it proves one of my points about why they were so poor to deal with. One of the main problems was their inability to log core information (including forgetting to notify the seller we were going to make an offer at a final viewing the next day - we later spoke directly with the seller who hadn’t even been made aware by JS that we’d booked an additional viewing, let alone that we were making an offer).
