We were selling from a distance so the lack of contact had left us completely in the dark. Dealing with Chris was easy, there was no nonsense and he did exactly what he promised. The market wasn't the quickest but viewings picked up. Without fail we had a call every week whether there had been a viewing or not. Happy with the outcome and service provided.

He was punctual and knowledgeable about both properties and answered any queries I had directly and openly. Fantastic experience: Our experience with selling our property through Chancellors has been extremely positive. Chris Dorsett was very proactive in getting people to view the property even before the marketing material was all complete. His communication is excellent, guiding us through the process and keeping us in the picture with frequent phone calls followed up by emails. Chancellors also provide a portal so you can see all the information relating to your property - offers, responses etc - and information on the state of the local market. Even though we have now accepted an offer and things are in the hands of the solicitors, Chris is continuing to make sure any issues are rapidly addressed. I would definitely use them again.
