As a first time buyer with a particularly complex set difficulties with legalities in the purchase, Cory, David and the team were that support system that was otherwise lacking. From making initial offer acceptance, keeping the next steps in process clear, smooth and efficient. Then giving regular updates on all the complexities with my purchase. When solicitors were vague or non- communicative it felt like I had a cheer squad. The team liaised with solicitors on my behalf to really keep me on track and moving the purchase forward. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful service Williams Hedge provides. Following the death of my Mum we had the upsetting task of selling her home. David Robinson came to view our property and right from the start acted in a very professional manner and the empathy he showed told us he understood how hard and emotional this was for us. We live in Birmingham and he kept in contact with us throughout the sale answering any queries we had even when he was on holiday giving us peace of mind. He had good knowledge of the area and gave us an accurate valuation for the property. Our property sold within a week and fell through at the last stage then sold again within 48 hours. We accepted an offer before the national lockdown but once COVID was in full swing we were a little unsure if we’d ever move, let alone amidst a global pandemic. Dave was with us every step of the way, keeping us informed, reassuring us and even fought our corner when we had some solicitor troubles. Would strongly recommend using Willams Hedge, you’ll be in safe hands!

Negative experience: GAZUMPED. Our chain broke through COVID19. The estate agent re advertised after lockdown and sold 6 days later. This despite being 1 week away from contract exchange 3 x 530 mile round trips to the property. The purchase of a new £2000 cooker, £880 fridge freezer, £1000 part solicitor fees, £600 Bespoke curtain and poles. BEWARE even the special COVID19 lockdown pandemic did not make any difference to this furloughed shower. They dropped us like a brick costing us Thousands.Very Very Angry

They are highly professional and friendly and Jon Williams gave us excellent advice prior to marketing regards presenting our home and pricing. Proof is in the pudding and we had agreed a sale within the first week. We were very pleased with the marketing and photos etc which presented our property very well. Roger who showed prospective buyers around demonstrated a very personal and informative approach and was never 'pushy' with anyone viewing. We had a lot of viewings lined up in the first week and felt that Williams Hedge had been very proactive in lining viewings up. Throughout the sales process we were kept informed by Suzanne and never had to chase this agent to know what was going on.
