Positive experience: Lauren was brilliant, from start to finish. There were a few issues with completion date and payment by the bank, all out of her control, due to chain and bank. Lauren kept me updated every step of the way. Just removed one star for the constant pressing of numbers to get to speak to her. But this is more reflected on the company phone negotiation process, and not her personally.

Positive experience: The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a change of staff half way through the sales process which made me anxious and but Lauren (Sales) and Tilly (Lettings) were amazing and worked very hard to get everything sorted. I appreciated their hard work.

Negative experience: Time wasters. They don’t include pet restrictions in ads. When we ring to ask about pets, they state “pets will be considered on application”. Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…

Any issue is always dealt with efficiently and to the highest standard. It is a huge relief to know you don’t have to worry when you have an issue and with this agency that always seems the case!

Fantastic experience: We had very precise requirements for a property we wanted to purchase. We contacted William Jones because a family member had been impressed by their service previously. Natalie had extensive knowledge of the market and found us a property which met our requirements. She worked hard to ensure the whole purchase process ran smoothly and her local knowledge meant that we were able to rely on her to suggest people to carry out work on the property. She was friendly and approachable but always professional. I hope we don't have to move again for a long time but we would certainly use the firm again.

Fantastic experience: When we bought our house, our vendor used William Jones and the service was excellent so when we were helping my parents purchase a property nearby, we went back to them. If anything, the service was even better. Natalie couldn’t do too much for us - multiple visits, excellent communication, answering endless questions about very specific requirements. She is extremely friendly and handled my mum very calmly and gently (she was buying remotely so therefore quite anxious). She even gave us a lot of personal contacts for tradespeople, which was really helpful. She made an extremely stressful process run very smoothly and next time we want to move, I’ll be asking for her. What an asset.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been trying for some time to secure a rental property for a family (a lady with two sons) from Ukraine who have been living with us. Although in full time work the mother is in receipt of Universal Credit and we feel that many estate agents have not been sympathetic to their circumstances.
