Fantastic experience: I have dealt with the lettings team for around 9 years now (since they were Pure Lettings) and I must admit they do a wonderful job managing my house in Okehampton, that I have let out since I moved to Malta in 2017. There is an excellent three-way working relationship between myself, the team and the tenant and it does mean I do not have to worry about things now I am based so far away. Communications are always good and any queries I may send them are always answered promptly and to the point. As a landlord I certainly recommend them if you are looking to let out a property in the wider Okehampton area. I would also recommend speaking to the team if you are looking to rent a property in the area.

We went to view a bungalow in Winkleigh and Lindsey the agent showing us around was absolutely lovely and welcoming as was everyone in the office in Okehampton when we called in with the paperwork with our fur babies who were also made a fuss of so it has to be 5 stars all the way .

All the team are happy, friendly, and very helpful. We were unable to view the property personally because of distance, so Barry and Lindsay reassured us they will carry out a virtual viewing. Over the years we’ve bought and sold a home on five separate occasions. Up until our commissioning Miller Town and Country, no estate agency has come anywhere near the service level John and his team delivered to us. From the outset, everything was done in a professional and timely manner. The great photographs and dialogue describing our home on the various web platforms used, were accurate and well presented. We never had cause to keep contacting Millers, since they were proactive in keeping us current on all developments as the sales process progressed. Once we’d accepted the best offer on our home, John was outstanding as he liaised with our prospective buyers, their solicitor and our solicitor. Because one is not normally buying and selling one’s home on any regular basis, having John’s counsel on hand to give guidance was enormously helpful.
