Fantastic experience: I first met Sophie a few years ago when she showed us around a local cottage - I was immediately struck by her positive attitude and enthusiasm. Despite me being a “window shopper” Sophie was always friendly and offered straightforward and honest advice so when the time came I knew exactly who to recommend to the executors to sell my late parents beloved Norfolk cottage. Indeed the executor was so impressed with the draft brochure that he declared “it made me want to buy it myself”! This was largely due to excellent photos and the listing details produced by Rod who took the time to listen and incorporated personal details that were important to the family. As soon as the listing went “live” Sophie and Mia had viewings lined up resulting in an offer from a cash buyer. When it ultimately became clear this buyer and a Grade II Listed cottage weren’t compatible we parted ways but, undaunted, Sophie re-listed the cottage and sold it again in a matter of days - this time leading to completion. The after sales support from Julie was very efficient and she communicated with the executors and estate solicitor. My point of contact continued to be with Sophie, ably assisted by Mia, and they got used to me bursting through the (very stiff) office door for my Thursday Market Day update - usually with a sweet treat to share and a reassuring chat that all was going smoothly with the sale! Needless to say I’d highly recommend Sophie and the Fine & Country Fakenham team - thank you all

Positive experience: Very helpful staff at the Fakenham branch, happy to accommodate repeat visits and help negotiate and make the buying process as easy as possible. Only glitch was a last minute snag at exchange where calls were forwarded to Norwich and the person who took the call didn't understand the urgency of my call. Sophie came back to me as soon as she got the message but it took a while.

Fantastic experience: We had Mia Perry show us around a house at very short notice, nothing was an issue for her and was met with a friendly smile and a no rush visit. Once we put our offer in Mia was efficient and was great with communication whilst sale was agreed. We then dealt with Julie Vasser who was our after sales team. Fantastic experience: Estate agents get a mixed review but I have never dealt with such a professional and caring team as I’ve experienced with the Fine and Country Office in Fakenham. Fantastic experience: Fine and Country through Sophie and Philippa managed to rescue a disastrous situation, where I had let the (then) potential purchaser rent the property until he was ready to complete. I cleared everything out and then on the date of next month's rent - they cleared out! F & C had it back on sale, immediate interest and offer in by the Friday. Now all set to complete in late June! From despair to fulfilment - a bumpy ride, but handled slickly, efficiently, with good grace and manner. We all learned a lot more about stress - but I am now immensely pleased with all the care taken to repair a broken man!
