Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I was required to sell a domestic property due to a bereavement but was unable to be at the location due to a medical condition. There was recently some confusion with deposit repayment and the staff were very understanding, friendly and helpful. My landlord decided to sell a flat I was renting and the staff at premier properties were incredibly compassionate and kind throughout the process of moving. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Bought a property from this company and were misled by the firm's owner about ongoing fees associated with buying on the estate. By the time we discovered there were annual/monthly fees, we'd already committed so much money it was impossible to not go ahead. Wouldnt use the firm again as clearly not trustworthy.

The check-in and check-out process was very efficiently handled. No complaints whatsoever and would happily recommend.

Throughout the tenancy any of the few repairs were dealt with very promptly and to a high standard. Queries were dealt with immediately. Ending our tenancy was a smooth, positive and supportive process, often not the case with letting agencies. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Disappointing Landlord service provided recently, September 2024. Given excuses why things aren’t being handled promptly. There is every reason to be helpful but this was not the case. The service I paid for was expensive each month and overall I am severely disappointed at how my property was handled.

Negative experience: AWFUL EXPERIENCE We contacted premier properties regarding a rental property we were interested in, it was Kevin who was dealing with it. Kevin didn’t get back to us so we chased it up week after week, Kevin never returned our calls until eventually he arranged a viewing at this point the price had dropped through lack of interest which was odd as we had been enquiring about the property. The house was perfect it was for Robbie, one of our managers who lived in one of our farm properties which had flood damage so we needed to find him somewhere else. On the day Robbie was too busy to view the property but happy for us to view and make the decision. We filled in all the application forms and requested 6 months rental. We didn’t hear back from Kevin so we chased it up but still didn’t hear back. We knew the home owners so I contacted them to see if they could chase this along. We still didn’t hear, so I dropped into premier properties to ask how soon we would get an answer, I spoke to Laura who said our application was all cleared with no problems but they want longer than 6 months, I said no problem we would commit to 12 or 18 months if they wanted as it was a lovely house. At this point as far as we are aware another 2 parties were interested, one was a flood damage move the other we don’t know. Laura said she would get the owners Alan or Katie to contact me. Later that day I had a call from Katie Hall the director/owner of premier properties. She said “you are NOT getting the house, I have advised the owners NOT to take you as tenants!!” I said ok… her tone was VERY aggressive she then said “ your application was all over the place… 6 months, 12 months , 18 months”. ….. I tried to explain our position, however, Katie Hall then went on to say “AND WHO IS THIS ROBBIE ANYWAY WE DON’T EVEN KNOW HIM??!!” At no time did premier properties ask to meet Robbie. I told her he was our manager and the house was for him and his fiancé who was a midwife in fife, Katie Hall responded sarcastic saying “NICE JOB”. At this point I was so taken aback by her tone.. I thought the conversation needed to end so I explained to Katie Hall we had been very dissatisfied with Kevin, he had been useless, Katie halls response was “i don’t believe that, he gets great google reviews” ! I knew I was wasting my time, the call was over.

Fantastic experience: Rented a property through them and after 5 months the landlord decided to sell, leaving us with 28 days to move out. The team at PPP went out of their way to help us get sorted, had a possible property lined up to veiw straight away, sorted out extending the 28days so we could transition into the new place. They were supportive, helpful and reassuring during the whole situation. Wonderful team.

Negative experience: I went to view a property located on Taymount Terrace. I was met by the landlord and it became evident that the landlord uses Premier Properties Perth to vet tenants to ensure he'll only have to show the property to single, professional women. You also pay your rent directly to the landlord and not the letting company. As the advert on RightMove did not specify either the gender or relationship status of potential applicants, it meant anyone applying for a viewing who did not identify as a single woman would have wasted their time. The landlord made very clear on the day that he had multiple viewings and that he would inform the letting agency as to which single woman he would want living in his property by the end of the day. Unfortunately, it seems that both the letting agency and the landlord are off the same mindset that they should encourage multiple applicants to undergo referencing and credit checks to hedge their bets in case the landlord's preferred applicant fails the checks. It's unfortunate that neither the landlord nor the letting agency were not more upfront with potential applicants, but what can you expect from a company where the landlord used to teach the owner.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I got very poor experience with Premier Properties as a letter. They were very responsive before I signed the contract, but as soon as I moved in I encountered plenty of issues with the house that were never resolved, such as (there was more) a broken shower, leaking radiator and cracks all over the ceilings/walls. I would not recommend letting a house through them as you cannot count on any service when you have issues.

The survey was instructed and carried-out swiftly, photos taken to a very high standard, and the property was listed in just over a week. The whole team were fantastic, professional, friendly and 'on it'. Debbie Bree - our negotiator - was amazing, keeping me updated every day, and even managing to negotiate a higher price than we expected! She became like a trusted friend in only a few days, and I shall miss our cheery chats! Honestly, if you're selling your property I really cannot recommend Premier Properties highly enough. I had to delay my home sale for many months and Premier properties were so kind and understanding. They are also committed to helping you sell. When they couldn't reach me on my phone one Sunday, Alan drove round to my house to let me know that someone wanted to do a last minute viewing that day - you can't get any more responsive than that. With some of the properties I viewed, I didn't even get a response to my enquiry for days or even longer. Their prices are very competitive and they are excellent at what they do!
